Tuesday, from 8.00pm to 10.00pm, everybody.
Wednesday, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm, for children.
Wednesday, from 8.00pm to 10.00pm, yudansha.
Thursday, from 8.30pm to 10.00pm, everybody.
Friday, from 8.30pm to 10.00pm, free gi geiko.
Saturday, from 10.00am to 12.30am, everybody.

Training schedule during summer
(July and August):
Monday or Tuesday,
from 7.00pm to 9.00pm, everybody.
Thursday, from 7.00pm to 9.00pm, everybody.

Training is free of charge for visitors.
